How do I connect my bank account?
Note: If you would like to connect an international bank account or if you want to receive payments via WIRE transfers, please contact us and we will help you set up your bank connection.
Setup Instructions
- First, login to your Storefront or Payments dashboard and click on the Settings > Payment Settings.
- Then click on FIAT settlement
- Then click on Payout Settings and you will see a link to connect your bank account.
- This will open a popup that will take you to Plaid so you can securely login and verify your bank (please note that we do not receive or see any of you bank logins—this is done securely through Plaid).
What if I don’t see my bank account?
Please send us an email and we will work with you to manually connect your bank account.
